Buke gershet

10gr yeast  
 50 g sugar 
60ml oil
 2 eggs 
650 gr flour 
250 ml water 
1 tsp salt 
Preparation 
First we take yeast and pour it in a big container with  tablespoon sugar and 1/2 cup of lukewarm water, this is to activate the dry yeast, mix it good and let it rest for about  10 minutes until foam .Then  add oil, the rest of sugar, eggs, salt and add the flour mix it good with hands (or machine) for about 10 min. We take a largedish spread some  oil and put the dough there and let it rest and rise until it has double in size. After this the dough is divided in two parts, one we  divided into three equal  parts. we use these 5 pieces of dough to make a braid. and than do the saime with the second dough. let it rest for 1 hr than take an egg yolk  mix with a teaspoon of water mix it well and brush the braids of bread. You can add the desired seeds too( i've used sesam and poppy seed) bake for  30 min tep 180 * C / 375 * F.

nji lug e vogel krip

Pergaditja

Marim faren e fusim me nje ene te madhe dhe e perziejme me nje lug gjelle sheqer dhe uje te vaket e perzijm mir dhe e lajm 10 min deri sat bahet shkum .Pastaj shtojme vajin ,sheqerin,vezet ,kripen dhe i perzijm mir dhe shtojme miellin e ngjeshim mir e mir me dor deri sat nuk te ngjitet per dore . Marim nje ene te madhe lyjm me vaj edhe lym brumin me vaj edhe e lejm 2 or me ardh pastaj marrim brumin e ardhum e ndajm ne dy pjese .njeren pjese e ndajm ne tri pjese te njejta dhe marim i zgjatim diku 40 cm atehere fillojm e bejm bistekin/gersheten me kete menyre e bejm edhe brumin e dyte . e lem 1 ore me ardh . kur te vin e marim nje te kuq veze e perziejme me nje luge caji uje dhe e lyejme buken siper. E pjek 30 min ne tep 180*C/375*F.
