Stuffed bread / kifle


Recipe 

A teaspoon yeast
1teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

1 cup of oil 
2 1/2 cups of milk 
2 eggs.
Flour as nedded 
Mix'em all to a soft dough, leave it to rest for about 1 hour. Get the dough and work it with your hands. And cut it in 4 pieces. Open it with rolling pin. Than cut it with a cup. And give it the shape. You can fill it with cheese, Nutella , jam, anything! Do the same with the rest of the dough. When you are finished, cover it and let it rest for 20 min. Than bake it on 200*C /400*F

behet nje brum i bute e la me ardh 45 min dhe e ndaj ne kater pjes brumin, nje pjes e shtri me shkop dhe e pres ne form rrethi me got mbushja esht me djath dhe e palos ne ket forme
