Hallva



1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of flour(more or less depends from the type of flour used) 
mix them together on low to medium heat, you have to stir it constantly and well so it wont get burned on the bottom, meanwhile in another pot add 5-6 cups of water and make it boil. when the flour mixture get the golden brown color add the boiling water very carefully stirring  constantly all the time and fast. May not need the whole water, you have to see the mixture its soft and smooth not with crumbles and it has to be separated from the sides of the pot. Usually it even has oil on the sides. Add  1 cup of sugar (or more if you like it sweeter) it'll be thinner bur stir it till all the sugar is dissolved and tends to get a little darker at this point. If desired you can add walnuts or anything you like (raisins, coconut flakes, dried cranberries, hazelnut ect)

Një gote gjalp te tretur një gote miell dhe ne zjarr mesatar duket si ne foto dmth Mund te duhet me pak miell ose gjalp po duhet te perfitosh si kjo perzierje.. Ne një ene tjeter fut 5-6 gota uje te bien ne vale.Duhet ta skuqesh miellin me gjalp deri sa te arrish ngjyren e fotos dmth te behet ngjyre floriri.. do shume kujdes duhet ta perziesh shume ose me mire mos ndalosh duke e perzier gjate gjithe kohes..pastaj duhet ti fusesh ujin qe po valon dhe me kujdes se avulli te djeg duhet ta perziesh shpejt duke fut uj e duke e perzier.Pastaj I fut sheqer sipas deshires une sugjeroj një gote per fillim. Do e shikosh qe kur te perzihet me sheqerin do hollohet hallva po ta perziesh deri sa te tretet sheqeri hallva do erresohet pak ne ngjyre dhe eshte gati per tu ngrene.. Arrat jan me deshire po te duash i hedh nje grusht arra te grira..
