Meatloaf stuffed with spinach and eggs. Role e mbushur

Ground meat  1000gr
1 medium  onion minced
 5-6 minced garlic cloves 
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup bread crumbs 
2 eggs
various spices pepper, oregano, parsley, Vegeta, pepper and salt
For the filling:
8-10 cheese  slices 
4 boiled eggs 
250 gr spinach
1 shallot
2-3 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup of ketchup

Mix ground beef with  stale bread, spices and salt, eggs and water.Mix it well using your hands. then stretch in a parchement paper. 

Take a medium onion mince it and put it in a  pan with 2-3 tablespoons olive oil fru it till it softens . Then add the spinach and cook it  for 5 min. The cover with the lid and let it cook for 5 more min.. At the prepared meat, lay the cheese slices and spinach and eggs than roll it carefully, refrigate it  for 30 min. Meanwhile heat the  oven to 200 * C/400*F Take the meatloaf and pour 1/2 cup of ketchup all over it.Put it in the oven  for 45 min then lower the temp to 150*C/300*F for one hour. After is all done,remove from oven and leave it to rest for 15 minutes before serving.




Mish te grire 1000gr
1 qepe e grire ne rende
5-6 thelbinj hudher te grira
2 veze
1/2 gote uje
1/2 gote buke bajate/galete 
2 veze
ereza te ndryshme piper rigon,majdanoz,vegete,piper dhe kripe
Per mbushjen:

djath kackavall ne feta 8-10  cope
veze te ziera 4 cope

250 gr spinaq
1 qepe
2-3 luge vaj 
1/2 gote ketchup

Marrim mishin egrire dhe e pergatisim si per qofte ku e perziejme me buken bajate,erezat dhe kripen,vezet dhe ujin.Perzierja duhet te behet mire derisa te marre trajte te njejte dhe pastaj e shtrijme ne nje leter kuzhine 

Marrim nje kokerr qepe mesatare dhe e grijme ne nje tigan me 2-3 luge vaj ulliri e kavardisim pak sa te zverdhet. Pastaj shtojme spinaqin dhe e kavardisim per 5 min. e mbulojme me kapak dhe e lem ashtu sa te zbutet mire.Te mishi  shtrojme  djathin,spinaqin  dhe vezet pasi ti kemi vene mbeshtjedhim me kujdes letren i fusim ne frigorifer per 30 min. Nderkohe ngrohim furren me 200*C dhe fusim rolene me kujdes.Siper e lyejme me ketchup plotesisht nje shtrese te trashe. E lejme me 200*C per  45 min pastaj e ulim temp ne 150 per nje ore. pasi te jet pjekur mire hiqeni nga furra dhe lereni te pushoje per 15 min para se ta prisni dhe servirni.
