SHEQERPARE FROM DIBER
10 egg yolks
10 sticks of unsalted butter(melted and strained)
2 lb flour
First you mix eggs and butter good, than you add flour, the more you knead the dough the better it comes,(10-15 min) give it a shape and bake it at 275* till gets golden color.
Syrup 2 lb sugar- 2 and a half cups of water . Both sheqerpare and syrup must be warm not hot.

I perzien te verdhat me gjalpin pastaj ngadale shton miellin. E punon shume brumin se sa me shume ta punosh me e mire del embelsira. I jep formen e deshiruar dhe e pjek ne temp 145*c deri sa te marri ngjyre mjalti/floriri.
Sherbeti behet 1 mase uje - 2 masa sheqer. Hidhet i vaket mbi sheqerparen e vaket.
