Puding





2 l milk
1, 1/2 cups rice flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbs cornstarch
vanilla 
Mix milk, sugar, rice flour and corn starch together and throw it in a  medium pot over medium heat, stir it constantly after starts boiling lower the heat and when it thickens shut of the heat. Put the pudding in small bowls. get the egg yolk in a small dish and add 3 tbs of cold milk to it, stir it well and brush it over each bowl,  and than get a big pan put all the bowls in it and add cold water to the pan. put the pan in oven in temp 170 until it the surface of the pudding gets nice color. take it off oven and let it cool off, refrigerate for couple hours before serving.

1gote sheqer (me sHume ose me pak sipas deshires)
1 te verdhe veze
1 luge gjelle niseshte
Vanilje.

Perziejme sheqerin me qumesht te ftohte dhe miell orizi dhe niseshte e vendosim ne flake mesatare duke e perzier pa ndal. Pasi te bjeri ne vale ule flaken . Pasi te trashet e ndajme neper tasa. ne nje tas te Vogel marrim nje te verdhe veze Dhe e perziejme me 3 luge qumesht, Dhe hedhim nga pak ne cdo tas, Pastaj tasat I rendisim ne nje tepsi te mbushur pergjysem me uje. Dhe tepsine e fusim ne furre me temp 170*C deri Sa te skuqen ne siperfaqe. Hiqen nga furra dhe ftohen ne frigo per disa ore para servirjes

1/2 lule laker e larë dhe ndare ne lule sa me te vogla
1 luge gjalpë per te kauvardisur 
2 luge gjelle miell derisa te zverdhet mielli.
dhe i hedhim 3 filxhan çaji me leng mishi,
dhe 3 filxhanë me qumesht 
duke e perziere mirë qe mielli mos të ngelet me kokrriza.
Nderkohe hedhim sasin e lule lakrës
deri sa te zjej lulja. ndër kohë gjatë 
zjerjes trashet lengu dhe persëri e shtojme me qumesh dhe leng mishi
ose pule. Krip jo shumë sepse 
Kur mbaron supa do ti hedhim 3 luge 
djath kaçkavall te grire(parmigiana ) qe perdorim dhe për spagetin.Lengu i supes duhet te dali si krem. Piperi sipas deshires siper pjates. Shenim: 
Për femijet e vegjel mos e perdorni miellin por futeni supen Mbas zjerjes ne Mixer ose blender

Recel Shalqini /watermelon jam




Take the skin of a watermelon and peel the green part off, cut it in small pieces and rinse it with cold water and place them in a deep pan. add 4 cups of water and 4 lb of sugar(2 kg) after it starts boiling lower the fire in minimum, when the watermelon gets the golden color, add the juice of 2 lemons, leave to simmer 30 more minutes and shut of the fire. when its all cooled down pur it in glass jars.

Mer nje shalqir mesatar dhe me levozhgat(lekuret) e shalqirit i marim dhe i pastrojme brendesi ne menyre qe Te mos kete te kuqe ,, pastaj e qerojme lekuren nga jashte dhe i presim ne kube ,,, i shperlajme me uje te ftohte dhe i fusim ne nje tenxhere te thelle,, fusim 4 gota uje dhe 2 kg sheqer ne fillim me flake te madhe dhe pasi mer vale e ulim flaken pasi shalqiri te kete filluar te mari ngjyre floriri i fusim ca karafil per aroma dhe pastaj shtrydhim dy limona pasi Te kete mare vale e leme edhe gjysem ore dhe e heqim zjarr.

Corn cake





2 cups corn flour 
Half cup flour(all purpose)
1 cup of yogurt
Half cup olive oil(light) 
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1tbs baking soda
1tbs baking powder 
 Vanilla for flavor (2 packs vanilla sugar)
1 Turkish coffee cup walnuts (by choice) 
Mix it all and bake it 400*f for 30-35 min. After is done spoon a cup of milk over while is hot.

Gjysem fixhani vaj ulliri
1 filxhan kos
5 veze
1 filxhan kafe turke arra te grira
1 luge  caji sode buke
1 luge caji pecive/ baking powder/ lievito/pluhur pjekes 
1 gote sheqer
Vanilje. 

I perzien te gjitha bashke dhe e pjek me temp 200*C/ 400*F per 30-35 min. Pasi te jete pjekur I hedh  Nje filxhan caji qumesht i ftohte me luge siper.

Indianka

First we start making the filling! 
600 ml milk 
two packs of  pudding . 
4 tbs sugar 
130gr of margarin 
200gr of dark chocolate 

Prepare the pudding following directions.( boil 3 cups of milk, in a separate bowl mix pudding powder + 4 tbs of sugar. Than add this to the boiling milk. When it thickens, add the chocolate and let it cool down. . When it's all  cooled down  we add  150 gr margarine mixed with 1/2 cup of sugar and  vanilla flavor. Leave this aside. 

for the dough
6 eggs
250 gr sugar
300 grams flour
1 pecivo ( 1 tbs BAKING powder )
At the beginning start with white eggs beat them good than add the sugar, keep beating and slowly add the egg yolks one by one. When it's all mixed add the flour and baking powder slowly mixing this time with a spoon. Try to mix it slowly.  When it's ready set the dough in a well oiled baking tray, and covered with parchment paper. (Like in the pic) bake  At 425  for 7 minutes . While are still warm,  fill them with cream .

Eggplant appetizer/ sallate me patlixhane


3-4 eggplants
300gr Philadelphia cream cheese
2-3 cloves of garlic
Fresh parsley 
Some hot paprika (only if you want)

After slicing  the eggplants thinly we brush them with some oil and fry them lightly. In a bowl we mix the rest of ingredients. We stuff the eggplants following the pics. put them in the preheated oven on 250*F for about 15 min. Can be served hot or cold
